1. Eligibility:
The Book To Win A European River Cruise Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to Tweet World Travel's customers who meet the following eligibility criteria:
a. Participants must be individuals aged 18 years or above.
b. Participants must book any eligible CroisiEurope products valued over $5000 (AUD) for each booking within the Promotion Period from 01 June to 31 October 2023, for any departure in 2023 or 2024. All passengers included in a joint or group booking are eligible for the prize, but only one person will be selected as the winner in a lucky draw.
c. Participants must successfully pay a deposit for their booking within the promotion period.
d. Booking can be made directly with Tweet World Travel in-store or online via its subsidiaries' websites including Tweet Tours, Tweet World Cruises, Worldwide River Cruises, CroisiCruises.com, CroisiEurope River Cruises , or via a local travel agent in Australia.
2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion is valid for bookings made between 01 June 2023 and 31 October 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
3. Prize:
The Promotion offers participants a chance to win one of five (5) cabins for a 7-Day European River Cruise in 2024 / 2025 on the majestic Rhine river for their next trip with CroisiEurope. The exact trip name, itinerary and location of the European river cruise will be announced on the day of the Draw.
The European River Cruise prize includes the following:
a. Cruise only with a cabin for the winner and one companion
b. Full-board Meals
c. Port charges and taxes, as applicable.
4. Travel Expenses and Accommodation:
Airfare, transportation to and from the cruise departure port, and any personal expenses are NOT included and will be the responsibility of the winner. Cruise shore excursions are not included in the prize.
5. Winner Selection:
The winners of the European River Cruise prize will be selected by a random draw conducted by Tweet World Travel within 10 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
The winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the booking process. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize Conditions:
The European River Cruise prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
7. General Terms:
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope.
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Modification or Termination:
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part thereof, if necessary, due to any reasons beyond its reasonable control. In such an event, Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope will provide reasonable notice and take appropriate measures to minimize disruption.
Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope and its affiliated companies, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or any third party arising from or in connection with the Promotion, including the European River Cruise prize.
9. Intellectual Property Rights:
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope to use their name, likeness, and/or any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion, without any further compensation or notice.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
