• Email Address
• Phone Number and other contact details
• Age or Date of Birth
• Photographs or other images
• Passport Details, travel preferences and experiences, travel rewards, and loyalty program membership details
• Health and Medical Information relating to your current and previous health status, current and previous medical conditions, dietary requirements, and travel insurance details (where applicable)
• Payment Information such as credit card information or bank account numbers
• Details of the services, products and goods we (or any of our associates) have provided you or that you have enquired about, including any additional information necessary to deliver those services, products and goods and respond to your enquiries;

The personal information of those individuals will only be used to proceed with the booking process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and of reasonable efforts, users of Tweet World Travel platform and system shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Tweet World Travel (including our affiliates and personnel) from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees), whether or not involving a third party claim, which stem from or associate with:
