Karenne Norling was previously employed part-time by Tweet World Travel from 26 August 2024 to 13 May 2025.

It has come to our attention that Ms. Norling has recently approached multiple travel agents in Australia via email and phone calls, falsely claiming to be a direct representative of CroisiEurope and encouraging agents to book directly. We have also received numerous calls and messages from agents reporting these misleading communications.

Following formal confirmation from Mr. Naidah Yazdani, Asia Pacific Director at CroisiEurope, we wish to categorically state that Ms. Norling is not employed by CroisiEurope, nor does she hold any active contract or formal arrangement with the company. Any representation or suggestion to the contrary is false, unauthorized, and a misrepresentation of CroisiEurope’s interests.

Tweet World Travel remains the official Preferred Sales Agent for CroisiEurope in Australia, with full authorization to represent the brand at industry events, including CLIA 360 in Brisbane and other upcoming engagements.

We strongly urge all travel agents and partners to exercise due diligence and to direct any CroisiEurope bookings or enquiries to our team or CroisiEurope directly. This is essential to ensure the integrity of bookings and to protect the reputation of CroisiEurope within the Australian market.

Any further unauthorized use of the CroisiEurope name or representation will be referred to legal counsel for appropriate action.
