ABOUT CROISIEUROPE RIVER CRUISES
CroisiEurope is a family-run company set sail in 1976, offers guests the best value in river cruising today. With trips ranging from three to 19 days in length, guests can spend their entire trip on a cruise or add a shorter itinerary to complement their on-shore adventures. CroisiEurope welcomes more than 200 000 passengers each year and more than 55 ships worldwide. Their ships and canal barges carry only 22 to 200 passengers. Cruising with CroisiEurope is the diverse, international mix of guests you will find onboard come from all over the world, such as France, Germany, the United Kingdom, America and Australia just to name a few.
CroisiEurope added new river and barge ships every year. CroisiEurope provides from deluxe ships (4 anchors) to premium ships (5 anchors) with comfortable and stylish cabins, innovative ships, knowledgeable and friendly staff. CroisiEurope’s multi-lingual team of 1,350 staff strive to make each guests’ stay with us as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The staff and crew onboard speak French, English and a mix of other languages.
Each cruise begins with a welcome reception where guests have the opportunity to meet the crew and the captain of the ship. Once setting sail, relax on the sundeck while taking in the beautiful panoramic landscape views along the river, mingle with other guests in the lounge, or on select ships, they can sit back with a good book in the library. In addition to offering free Wi-Fi onboard, CroisiEurope has equipped each ship with a Samsung tablet loaded with information about the destinations that are on the itinerary for guests to use.
Meals onboard are a cultural culinary experience. Breakfasts are buffet-style, while lunch and dinner are fixed menu, three-course excursions into French gastronomy. Muti-language menus are provided onboard.
CroisiEurope offers itineraries in Asia, Africa, all across Europe, and St. Lawrence River cruise to St. Pierre and Miquelon, also Egypt sailing in 2020. CroisiEurope offer themed cruises biking, walking, vineyard /wine tasting cruise. Music lover cruises include private concerts and visits from top-notch lecturers. Family themed cruises offer special activities for junior guests while parents and grandparents take advantage of great excursions. Discounts are also available for kids under 16.

Languages Onboard
The official languages onboard our ships are French and English. Staff also speak other major European languages, such as German, Italian and Spanish
Activities & Entertainments
A range of activities and entertainment are provided onboard. Games and quizzes are hosted by our entertainers before dinner and gymnastics sessions in the morning.
Gala Evening
The captain, purser, head chef and all crew will be in dress uniform to invite you pre-dinner drink followed by a French-inspired or local-inspired banquet, with dancing afterward.
Catering Onboard
Continental breakfast buffets with a rich menu are offered daily, while lunch and dinner are set menus which pay homage to exquisite French gastronomy. A wide selection of wine is available.
The Cabin Comfort
All cabins are above water level and offer panoramic views. Cabins are air conditioned and well equipped with a toilet, shower, washbasin, ample of amenities and storage space.
Wifi Onboard
All the company's European fleet are equipped with free Wi-Fi available in all lounges / bars and receptions. A touchpad is available to use.
Dress Codes
During the day, be comfortable in a casual outfit, comfy walking shoes and dress according to the weather. Dress up a bit for cocktails and galas dinner.
Tips
Passengers are free to tip at their own discretion. Tipping is considered an appreciation of the service quality and attention provided by the crew at all levels.
FLEET SPECIFICATIONS
Deluxe and Premium Ships
In terms of comfort and space, two categories of ships are offered: The “Deluxe” (4 anchors) and the “Premium” (5 anchors).
The premium ships have larger cabins with big windows and sometimes with French balconies, and more spacious walk-in showers. All the latest generation ships are included in this luxury category as part of the fleet renewal and maintenance programme.
These renovated ships now have only about 50 cabins instead of 80 on average.
Pool on the Sun Deck
On the rivers of southern Europe, our boats are equipped with a removable or integrated swimming pool during the summer months. In Portugal, the new MS Miguel Torga has been equipped with a permanent swimming pool, just like the RV Indochine II and the African Dream.
Our coastal cruiser offers a sun deck with two jacuzzies at the bow of the boat and a fitness area at the stern. Canal barges are also equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi.
Two and Three Decks
Vessels can be either two-deck or three-deck. The main differences being their passenger capacity and the second bar (“piano bar”) with its terrace.
Three-deck boats are equipped with a lift and their crew is proportional to the number of passengers.
Comfort Services
In Cambodia, CroisiEurope owns a fleet of 5 boats that sail on the Mekong. The latest addition, the RV Indochine II, which offers a contemporary style with a refined exotic design, has cabins with balconies on the upper deck, a swimming pool, a laundry service (just like on the African Dream), and offers a massage service.
