Promotion Details

1. Eligibility

The "Book-To-Win A Douro River Cruise Fam Trip 2024" promotion (referred to as the "Promotion") is open to Australian travel agents who meet the following criteria:

• Location: Open to travel agents in Australia only.
• Booking Requirements: Make a booking for any eligible CroisiEurope river or coastal cruise valued over $1,500 AUD per booking during the Eligible Period (5th November 2024 - 30th April 2025) for any cruise departure in 2025 or 2026.
• Booking Method: Bookings must be made directly with Tweet World Travel via:

• Deposit Payment: A deposit must be paid within the eligible period (5th November 2024 - 30th April 2025).
• Exclusions: Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Tweet World Travel are not eligible.

2. Eligible Period

• Promotion period: 5th November 2024 to 30th April 2025. Bookings outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

• Lucky Draw Entry: Each eligible booking made through Tweet World Travel qualifies the travel agent for ONE Lucky Draw entry. More bookings mean more entries, increasing chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection

• Draw Date: Winners will be selected by a random Lucky Draw conducted by Tweet World Travel within 5 days of the promotion's end.
• Number of Winners: 16 travel agents will be selected as winners.
• Notification: Winners will be contacted using the information provided during booking. If a winner is unreachable within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Exclusions:

By participating, agents agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any decisions made by Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope.

2. Modification or Termination

Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary, with reasonable notice provided.

3 . Intellectual Property

By participating, agents agree to allow Tweet World Travel and CroisiEurope to use their name, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

4. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
